In the Phase II NADIM II trial (NCT03838159), baseline ctDNA was detected in 52 of 54 pre-treatment samples and were significantly associated with tumor size.

The study assessed atezolizumab versus best supportive care in patients with NSCLC and an OS trend in favor of atezolizumab was seen in the PD-L1 TC greater than or equal to 1% stage II-IIIA population.
